While we strive to keep items in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of items. However, we will try to contact you with other options if at all possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order under such circumstances.

PLACING ORDERS

Online Available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Monday through Friday - 10:00AM - 6:00PM Eastern Time
Saturdays 10:00AM - 2:00PM Eastern Time **excluding observed holidays.

Online specials, coupons, & perks will not apply unless stated otherwise in offer.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Most orders are processed 2 to 3 Business Days after they are received.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are considered received on the next Business Day.

Receipt of Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a Receipt of Order confirmation by email within 3 Business Days, contact us at 888-673-4440.

During processing, we will contact you at the daytime telephone number provided, if we have questions.

If you need a RUSH order, call us at 888-673-4440 to place the order. Rush orders are subject to a $10 rush service fee.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders are shipped on Business Days only (Monday-Friday).

Standard: Orders usually arrive 5 to 7 business days after your order is processed.

We ship both USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex shipping. Priority Mail normally takes 1 to 3 days but may take 5 days. Fed Ex transit time varies based on your zone. Our shopping cart will charge your card at the time that you place your order.

Express and Priority orders are subject to a $10 rush service fee.

Turnaround/FedEx Orders: The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time PLUS the time in transit.

FEDEX TWO DAY SERVICE: Rates $15.00 - $45.00 - Orders Shipped in 1-2 business days - orders must be received by 10:30 AM EST - P.O. Box shipments are not eligible for this service.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, to US Territories, or outside the US.

RETURNS

Saturday’s Soap will gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products for a full refund or exchange, purchased on location or over the internet less shipping and handling for any reason within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

A merchandise credit is offered for opened items returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery. (Sorry - final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.) At Saturday’s Soap, your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Returns by mail:

Call for a RMA (returned merchandise authorization)

Complete the return form located on the bottom of your invoice.

Enclose the return form inside the box and retain the top half of the invoice for your records.

Pack items safely for shipping and affix the return shipping label located on the invoice.

All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If purchased on location, a check will be issued.
